After graduating from college Don joined Crawford & Company as a trainee in July of 1980. He went on to become a Branch Manager in August of 1987. The youngest ever promoted to that position at the time. Don has received several additional management promotions at several locations within Crawford. He has been manager at our TN location since 1998.

Don has specific expertise within the transportation industry and in 2018 started what has become the U.S. Commercial Transportation Unit. The unit has grown from three adjusters in 2018 to more than twenty-five adjusters and still growing. In January of 2021 Don was promoted to the position of Regional Manager for the East Region of loss adjusting overseeing the Northeast, New England, Mid Atlantic, and South-Central districts.
